Reiki is an ancient Japanese holistic healing practice that promotes deep relaxation, which in turn can promote deep healing.  It is a gentle hands on energy healing therapy, that is based on the belief in a universal life force energy.  During a Reiki session a trained practitioner acts as a conduit for universal life force energy and directs this energy into the body through focused intention and the use of sacred symbols.  I like to think of Reiki as an assisted meditation that guides you to the access point in our hearts where heaven and earth meet.  Once you find your way there it is so much easier to follow all of the signs and guidance that are always there waiting for you along your path in this life.  This state of relaxation helps to trigger the recievers own innate healing systems, which are always trying to move back towards balance and wholeness.  Reiki is a safe, gentle and non invasive process.  It is a very intelligent energy that goes where it is needed to release stuck or blocked energy.

Sessions may include medical intuitive information, however, I cant force this or promise this – It either comes or it doesnt!  Honestly, its probably better if it doesnt!  Sessions may also include the use of crystals, sacred sound and sacred smoke

I offer a few different types of intuitively guided card readings. I generally like to use tarot, angel and oracle cards. However, when I pull cards for someone I rarely stick to one deck.  I love to use a mix of card decks along with my intuition to guide me towards the answers to your questions.

Sometimes you just need a good chat with a friend on your couch to feel better.  Life couching is basically a cozy, comforting, relaxed form of life coaching.  Together we will create a safe space for you to talk, release and work through any issues youre currently facing.  Since I always allow each session to be divinely and spiritually guided, I never know what twists and turns a session will take, but thats the best part!

I’m not a doctor, psychiatrist or therapist by any means.  I decided that calling myself a “life coach” didnt resonate with me either because it felt like if i’m going to be coaching other people on their lives, I should have it all figured out and be modeling the perfect life.  I dont claim to be perfect but! I know I am capable of providing a safe space for you to talk, and I am happy to listen.  I will be your support system and a sounding board and together we can help you release the burdens you’ve been carrying.  We can talk about anything, however, I do specialize in grief, somatic healing and energetic alignment.
